Here, you will have the opportunity to join various Financial teams such as Record to Report, Order to Cash, Purchase to Pay, Financial Analysis, and Master Data , supporting European markets and ensuring business growth.Join UsWe are looking for talented professionals to be part of our team, bringing unique skills and perspectives to help us grow even further.Opportunity: Business AnalystThe role focuses on simplifying Supply Management processes for operations through a lean approach, as part of the ERP process workstream jointly led by Finance and Supply Management. With a regional scope and an initial focus on European On-site Services, the role is responsible for analyzing current processes, identifying root causes of inefficiencies, and driving standardized, scalable improvements.Working closely with Supply, Finance, Operations and IS&T, the role designs, tests and implements simplified processes aligned with Global Supply Management standards. It supports change management, process governance and continuous improvement by defining KPIs, enabling best practice sharing across countries, supporting system enhancements, and ensuring the consistent adoption of standard processes to improve efficiency, compliance and user experience.⚙ Key Responsibilities:Work with country teams to lead a short-term study on local existing processes versus Global Standard processes.Map root cause, pain points and country specificities – identify commonalities, make recommendations.Draft and propose a plan of concrete actions to improve current process on below topics:PR / PO processes incl. approval lead time & complianceGood receipt lead time & simplificationInvoice matchingMeasure /Benchmark Process Performance IndicatorsSupport to define and drive the overall roadmapFeed the development of supporting IS&T solutions starting with the European countriesReview & approve change requests and country localizationsEnforce the implementation of standard practices where gaps are identified and escalate significant issues to the Group Process Governance CommitteeWhat You Need to Succeed:Bachelor’s degree in relevant fieldIdeally have worked in Supply Management for 3+ yearsStrong knowledge of procure to pay processProcess driven orientation and experience of working with cross functional teams and global stakeholdersExperience insupporting change at a senior management level with internal and external stakeholders as well as suppliersProject Management experience is a plusFluency in English required, ability to speak other European language is a plusCommunicator and NegotiatorPlanning (workplan, resources) and tracking (indicators, actions)Problem solving, hands-onDisciplined and accountableVerbal CommunicationFlexibility to travelWhat We Offer:Hybrid work model and flexible working hours;Health & Life Insurance ;Meal allowance paid via card;Additional paid leave ( birthday, volunteering day, extra vacation day );Access to 6,000+ free online courses ;Professional growth opportunities within Sodexo;Participation in multicultural projects;Well-being initiatives to support our teams.Apply now Send your CV to Recruitment.
