Find out more about us at Role Overview: We are looking for a Agile Analyst to join one of our biggest clients, a renowned company in the insurance sector, recognized for its solidity and innovation. As a market leader, they are committed to offering quality solutions to our customers, driven by cutting-edge technology and high-performance teams. What you will do: Responsible for promoting efficiency, collaboration and flexibility, aligning people, processes, connectivity, technology in an integrated way. Facilitation of processes and application development life cycle more agile and efficient. Responsible for presentations for different stakeholders. Act as a liaison between the business and IT teams to ensure timely issue resolution. Assist with user training and documentation for systems or new processes. Document and escalate issues to appropriate teams as needed. What you are like: Professional experience in Business Analysis functions in IT projects; Experience withAgile methodologies; Ability to create close relationships with technology and business areas; Excellent communication and organizational skills; Fluency in English is required.
