Senior Legal Manager at CapgeminiJoin us and help the world’s leading organizations unlock the value of technology and build a more sustainable, more inclusive world.Your Role- Analyze, review, and negotiate complex technology contracts with clients, suppliers, and partners.- Draft legal opinions on various topics, focusing on contract, corporate, and regulatory law.- Act as the Data Protection Officer (DPO) for Capgemini Portugal, ensuring compliance with GDPR and other applicable regulations.- Represent the legal department in meetings and negotiations with internal and external stakeholders, with fluency and confidence.- Provide support on corporate governance and corporate structuring matters.- Collaborate with business areas in an agile environment, proposing practical and effective legal solutions.- Contribute to legal innovation initiatives, including the use of Gen AI and other emerging technologies.Your Profile- Law degree with active registration with the Portuguese Bar Association.- Minimum of 10 years of experience as an in-house lawyer, preferably in technology or consulting companies.- Fluent in English (spoken and written), with strong presentation and negotiation skills in an international environment.- Solid knowledge of contract law, corporate law, and data protection (GDPR).- Previous experience as a DPO or direct involvement with privacy and data protection matters.- Experience working in multinational environments and complex legal structures.- Organized, proactive profile with a strong interest in contract negotiations and the challenges of a constantly evolving market.- Basic knowledge of Gen AI and interest in legal innovation.What You'll Love About Working Here- At Capgemini Portugal we have a flexible and dynamic work environment.
