Role Description This is a full-time role for a Head Scouter, based in Portugal, withimmediate availability. As Head Scouter, you will be responsible for leading, training and developing our Scouting Team, ensuring high performance, strong processes and a people-centered culture. You will play a key role in structuring and improving scouting processes, analysing performance, and supporting the team's growth through continuous feedback and guidance. This role requires a strong balance between leadership, communication and analytical thinking, with a clear focus on results and team development.
