Role Description

This is a full-time role for a 
Head Scouter
, based in Portugal, with
immediate availability
.

As Head Scouter, you will be responsible for 
leading, training and developing our Scouting Team
, ensuring high performance, strong processes and a people-centered culture. You will play a key role in structuring and improving scouting processes, analysing performance, and supporting the team's growth through continuous feedback and guidance.

This role requires a strong balance between 
leadership, communication and analytical thinking
, with a clear focus on results and team development.

Qualifications

• Minimum of
  +2 years of experience leading commercial or similar teams
• Excellent communication skills
   and ability to build trust-based relationships
• Strong 
  results-oriented mindset
   with experience in performance analysis
• Proven ability to 
  create, structure and optimise processes
• Experience in 
  giving feedback, developing teams and fostering collaboration
• Leadership profile
  with a people-focused approach
• Availability to start immediately
