An exceptional opportunity awaits highly skilled Waiters/Waitresses to join our dynamic team at our premium venue in Cascais. As a Waiter/Waitress, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent service and creating memorable dining experiences for our guests. Join us and be part of a vibrant and unique gastro pub where you can showcase your hospitality skills and ensure customer satisfaction. Responsibilities:
Take customer orders and deliver food and beverages promptly. Be knowledgeable about the bar and restaurant menu to provide recommendations and answer questions. Stay attentive to guests' needs and ensure their satisfaction. Ensure food is prepared correctly and presented well. Adhere to proper alcohol handling, restaurant standards, procedures, rules, and health and safety requirements. Perform shift duties such as polishing glasses, and silverware, wiping tables, and maintaining a clean service area. Deliver checks and collect payments accurately. Open or close the service area at the beginning and end of each shift. Maintain the restaurant in perfect condition. Provide excellent service and ensure customer satisfaction. Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Waiter/Waitress. Strong knowledge of the menu and ability to make recommendations. Organizational skills. Ability to multitask and work under pressure. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Be a native or fluent English speaker with a C1 level proficiency. Display effective communication skills in English. The ability to convey information clearly, follow instructions, and interact professionally with colleagues and the public is essential. Note:

- 2 years of experience within a similar venue - Great communicator - Well kempt - International experience (not necessary, however highly desired) - Knowledgeable of spirits, food, beer and wines - Must speak English at a level B2 or above, Portuguese will be a bonus.
