Job Opportunity:
Cluster Hospitality Services Limited is seeking a skilled Waiter/Waitress to join our team at our premium venue in Cascais.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide exceptional service to guests, ensuring a memorable dining experience.
• Take customer orders and deliver food and beverages promptly, maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
• Be knowledgeable about the menu, providing recommendations and answering questions to enhance the guest experience.
• Stay attentive to guests' needs, ensuring their satisfaction and creating a positive atmosphere.
• Ensure food is prepared correctly and presented well, adhering to high standards of quality.
• Perform shift duties, maintaining a clean and organized service area.
• Deliver checks and collect payments accurately, ensuring a seamless transaction process.
• Open or close the service area at the beginning and end of each shift, ensuring a smooth transition.

Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Waiter/Waitress in a similar venue.
• Strong knowledge of the menu and ability to make recommendations.
• Organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and work under pressure.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to convey information clearly.
• Be a native or fluent English speaker with a C1 level proficiency, displaying effective communication skills in English.
• The ability to interact professionally with colleagues and the public is essential.

What We Expect:
• 2 years of experience within a similar venue.
• Great communicator.
• Well kempt.
• International experience (not necessary, however highly desired).
• Knowledgeable of spirits, food, beer, and wines.
• Must speak English at a level B2 or above, Portuguese will be a bonus.
• Must be professional.
• Right to work in Portugal.
