Come join us Your mission will be… End-to-End Project Involvement: Take part on the full lifecycle of IT projects, from strategy and requirements gathering to implementation, testing, and deployment. Process Optimisation: Learn how to analyse, optimise, and continuously improve digital solutions and business processes, focusing on harmonisation, automation, and efficiency gains. Collaboration: Work closely with process owners, end users, and cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements and actionable solutions. Technical Development: Learn how to build and validate dashboards, data models, and reports; develop and deploy software solutions; and implement robust testing and data quality frameworks. Innovation: Identify and experiment with new technologies and approaches that align with the organisation's strategic goals, including AI, cloud, and automation. Responsible IT Practices: Apply principles of responsible and secure software development, including bias mitigation, explainability, and compliance with best practices. What You Will Learn… Advanced programming (e.g., Python, SQL, Java) and software engineering principles. Data engineering, business intelligence, and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Snowflake, dbt cloud). AI and MLOps fundamentals, including model development, deployment, and monitoring. Cloud-native development and scalable infrastructure (e.g., Azure, Docker, Kubernetes). Requirements engineering and translation of business needs into technical solutions. Project management, agile methodologies, and stakeholder communication. We are looking for someone with… A degree in Information Technology, Mathematics, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. Demonstrated analytical mindset and hands-on experience through studies, internships, or projects. Basic programming experience and familiarity with data management topics. Strong motivation, solution orientation, and a proactive, can-do attitude. Excellent communication skills in English (German is a plus) and willingness to work in diverse, international teams. Adaptability, willingness to travel, and readiness to learn and experiment in a dynamic IT environment.
