Customer Care Advisor Job Description

Your responsibilities and impact as a Customer Care Advisor will be:

  • A valid Portuguese work permit is required for this position, ensuring compliance with local regulations.
What's in it for you?
  • Type of contract: a long-term fixed term contract, renewable every year, offering stability and security.
  • Working hours: full time (40h/week), Monday to Friday, availability to work between 7am - 10pm, 8 hours a day (plus one hour for lunch/dinner), on a rotational schedule, allowing for flexibility and work-life balance.
Salary Conditions
  • Including free accommodation (shared flat, all bills included): 1040€ gross/month, providing a comprehensive compensation package.
  • Excluding accommodation: 1240€ gross/month, offering a competitive salary for experienced professionals.
