Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated professional to provide exceptional support to Dutch-speaking customers as a Dutch Customer Service Representative. This role involves working in a remote team, with the option to visit our office in Portugal.

Main Responsibilities

  • Deliver top-notch customer support in Dutch through phone, email, and live chat.
  • Respond to customer inquiries, address issues, and provide clear, accurate product information.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by resolving concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Stay informed about company products and services to provide precise assistance.
  • Log customer interactions in the CRM system to ensure proper tracking and follow-up.
  • Work collaboratively with your team to resolve complex problems and improve the customer experience.
  • Adhere to company guidelines and standards to maintain consistent service quality.
  • Keep up with product updates and customer service practices to continually enhance customer support.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken) is essential.
  • Strong communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
  • Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility to work on rotational shifts, including evenings and weekends.
  • Comfortable using CRM systems and other customer support tools.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
  • EU citizenship or valid work permit for Portugal.
