Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic Ai Transformation Lead to lead the transformation of our internal processes through Generative Ai. The ideal candidate will guide the development and implementation of Ai-powered solutions tailored to optimize internal functions. This role involves strategic leadership, hands-on technical contribution, and proactive problem-solving to ensure success and drive the company forward.

Responsibilities

  • Lead Critical's internal GenAi transition, identifying productivity enhancement opportunities and overseeing the development and implementation of Ai solutions.
  • Define the Internal Ai Ops roadmap, setting strategic goals and priorities.
  • Act as a hands-on contributor, developing Ai solutions and leveraging existing tools.
  • Preemptively identify and address risks, ambiguities, and future needs; find balanced solutions to unexpected blockers.
  • Work closely with key stakeholders across various departments to understand their processes and needs.

Requirements

  • Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Ai, Machine Learning, Business, Management, or a related field.
  • 3+ years as a Product Manager of technical products, with a strong interest in Generative Ai.
  • 5+ years of experience in software development.
  • Impeccable oral and written communication skills for alignment-seeking and problem distillation.
  • Strong strategic thinking, capable of making tough decisions and advocating for necessary changes.
  • Self-directed with the ability to prioritize effectively even when faced with ambiguity.
  • Natural curiosity for both old and new Ai techniques and their application to business problems.
