Salary: €60,000 - €80,000 per year

Job Description:

As a Financial Specialist at xgeeks, you'll be part of a smart and supportive team. Your responsibilities will be:

Create Analytical Reports:

Create analytical reports, including P&Ls and detailed cost analysis, and present the findings to stakeholders.

Manage Accounts Receivable:

Manage accounts receivable, perform account reconciliations, and address customer inquiries.

Conduct Forecasting:

Conduct forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis for all departments.

Create Financial Models:

Create financial models to support business decisions and data visualizations.

Support Audits:

Support monthly and quarterly audits and ensure compliance with financial procedures.

Liaison with Stakeholders:

Liaison with internal synvert group stakeholders, including intercompany exchanges.

Key Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in Finance or Accounting role.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations.
  • Experience in financial reporting software and ERP Systems.
  • Advanced Excel skills.
  • Knowledge of data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.
  • Hands-on experience with P&L creation, budgeting, and variance analysis.
  • Effective communication skills to liaise with stakeholders, including intercompany partners.
  • Experience in presenting financial data and insights to non-finance stakeholders.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken. Additional languages, especially Portuguese, are a plus.
  • Familiarity with audit procedures and compliance standards.
  • Experience supporting audits, both internal and external.
