About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Plant & Customer Quality Engineer to join our team at our new production plant in Portugal. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the quality of assigned products, ensuring compliance with customer needs and requirements, and developing effective quality control processes.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement quality control processes to ensure compliance with customer needs and requirements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve product quality and reduce costs
- Identify and analyze quality issues and develop corrective actions to prevent reoccurrence
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless quality operations
What You'll Need:
- Degree in Engineering
- Proven experience as a Plant Quality Engineer and/or Customer Quality Engineer
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
