Commercial Director Opportunity at Conrad Algarve

Located in the prestigious Quinta do Lago, Conrad Algarve is a leading luxury hotel that thrives on amazing energy and pride in delivering unparalleled service. As a key player in our record-breaking team, you will be responsible for developing a commercial strategy that maximizes total revenue and profit performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a commercial strategy that drives revenue growth and profit performance
  • Collaborate with the General Manager and Department heads to uphold impeccable service and guest satisfaction
  • Lead, coach, and develop a commercial team to achieve business objectives
  • Work with the Revenue management team, Sales, Catering and Events, Marketing, eCommerce and Public Relations teams to drive commercial activity
  • Ensure commercial management strategies are set for all revenue streams and that all systems are used to their full potential
Requirements:
  • Relevant hospitality/travel industry experience in a revenue generating or commercial services role
  • Proven leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to work under pressure
  • Fluent in English, Portuguese and/or any additional language is considered an advantage
