Answer questions and resolve concerns from customers through various channels, demonstrating exceptional communication skills and a calm demeanor.
Offer assistance with product-related inquiries, order issues, payment methods, and shipping, ensuring seamless customer satisfaction.
Process online credit simulations into completed files, maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
Handle incoming calls from prospects and clients, providing tailored solutions and support.
Collaborate with other departments to redirect related cases and issues, fostering effective teamwork and problem-solving.
Type of contract: yearly.
Working hours: 40h/week (8h/day) from Monday to Sunday, 7am - 9pm.
Salary conditions* – 2 options:
Including free accommodation (shared flat, all bills included): 1040€ gross/month.
Excluding accommodation: 1240€ gross/month.
Relocation support for international candidates:
Reimbursement of initial flight expenses.
Airport pick up.
Yearly two-way flight ticket back to home country (within EU).
Assistance with paperwork.
Free Portuguese lessons, cooking classes, sport activities, and social events organized by the company.

Native level of French and good level of English.
Enthusiasm about fashion and trends.
Knowledge of value and impact that good customer experience can create. Being attentive listener, comfortable and skillful at communicating with people.
Living in or willing to relocate to Lisbon for international career and life experience.
Holding valid Portuguese work permit (required).
