Sportrack.io is a free platform empowering users to create institutional, athlete, or fan pages. It facilitates internal bookings and provides a complimentary app for organizers, sponsors, and athletes.

 

Role Description:

This internship role as an Onboarding Officer in Portugal involves developing and implementing a Sales Strategy, managing employee relations, and ensuring smooth onboarding processes for new Sportrack Sponsors.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Developing and implementing a Sales Strategy to enhance business growth

• Managing employee relations to foster a positive work environment

• Coordinating internal and external meetings to promote collaboration and open communication

• Ensuring seamless onboarding processes for new Sportrack Sponsors

 

Qualifications:

Proficiency in Sales Management, Human Resources (HR), and Employee Relations skills

Experience in building safe, honest, and transparent relationships

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site environment

Knowledge of sports rights, employment laws, and regulations is a plus
