As a Sales Coordinator you will join the Lisbon team in selling and promoting our language and academic courses abroad.
You will operate in a truly international environment with a dynamic team.

Your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to: Selling our global language and study programsProcess and qualify leads through telemarketingTake full ownership of direct sales by reaching sales targetsProvide excellent customer service and support answering client queries and advising studentsGiving presentations to students in various locations in Portugal including fairs and campusesEveryday administrative tasksBeing the main trusted contact person for our students: before, during, and after their study abroad with EFRequirements: Fluent level of Portuguese (speaking, reading, writing)Proactive and able to work independentlyFluency in EnglishPositive attitude with great team spirit6 months of sales experience or customer service experience is preferredBachelor's degree is highly preferredInternational experience (study/work) is highly preferredEF Portugal offers: A truly international, friendly, and passionate environment in a centrally located office.Health Insurance including Mental Health support.Meal Allowance for use at local restaurants and grocery stores.A company that encourages personal aspirations and offers global career opportunities.Team dinners and events.Leadership training and development programs.Fresh fruit and coffee in the Office.Annual Familiarization trips with travel included to our different language campuses to meet global staff in places like San Diego, Paris, Miami, and more
