**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Sales Coordinator Senior to join our team. In this role, you will provide administrative support to the Sales and Marketing department, ensuring seamless execution of sales-related tasks.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Prepare sales documents, including proposals, contracts, and banquet event orders
  • Promote brand awareness internally and externally
  • Gather materials and assemble information packages
  • Use sales techniques to maximize revenue and maintain existing guest loyalty
  • Enter, retrieve, reconcile, and verify information in software involved in the sales process
  • Answer guest questions about property facilities and services
  • Serve as the point of contact for clients and communicate with them by phone and email

Requirements:

  • Follow company policies and procedures
  • Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information
