We are offering a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, commensurate with experience.
Job Description
As a Global Procurement Manager at Hovione, you will be responsible for performing procurement and sourcing functions, including short and long-term category strategy development, supplier development, commodity/services/goods procurement, outsourcing, and vendor selection. You will focus resources on continuous improvement of the movement of materials through various processes and establish key performance metrics and benchmarks to measure actual performance against goals regularly.
You will lead cross-functional teams to deliver substantial cost reductions and process enhancements, develop and implement innovative procurement strategies to optimize supply chains, oversee contract management and compliance to protect the company's interests, and develop and implement a supplier diversity program to support the company's sustainability goals.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Masters degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred
- 6-8 years of procurement leadership experience, with a focus on cost management and strategic sourcing
- Demonstrated ability to lead and develop high-performing procurement teams
- Strong financial acumen and experience with contract negotiation
- Proven track record of delivering measurable results and driving process excellence
