We are continuously looking for ways to innovate as a team to help our customers achieve their goals. As a Site Contracts Specialist, you will collaborate with passionate problem solvers who are driven to accelerate the delivery of therapies and change lives.
You will be responsible for leading multi-country projects, negotiating and preparing contracts, budgets, and related documents for participation in industry-sponsored clinical trials. You will produce site-specific contracts from country clinical trial agreement (CTA) templates and review them for completeness and accuracy.
This role requires strong knowledge of the clinical development process, legal and contracting parameters, and clinical trial start-up processes. You should have excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, as well as quality-driven approach to all managed activities.

In this role, you will also identify possible contract or process operational risk and proactively work within the team to provide solutions. You will establish strong working relationships with SSU lead, customer, and internal project teams and escalate deviations to department leadership and/or Site Contract Service Center and/or Legal Department.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead multi-country projects, including negotiating and preparing contracts, budgets, and related documents
- Produce site-specific contracts from country clinical trial agreement (CTA) templates
- Review and own site-specific contracts from country template
- Negotiate budget and contract with site and via Site Contracts Service Centre and SSUL with Sponsor until resolution of issues
