About the Role

The Clinical Project Coordinator position is a critical support role for management efforts of Clinical Project Managers and Directors, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are achieved.

This office-based position will be filled at our headquarters in Covington, KY or Raleigh, NC. Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting Clinical Project Manager/Director in completing clinical project management activities throughout all phases of a clinical project, including SOP-required deliverables.
  • Updating Clinical Project Manager/Director on progress, outstanding items, and issues as they arise, and supporting them with issue resolution.
  • Assisting Clinical Project Manager/Director or Clinical Research Manager/Clinical Operations Director with preparing data reports for site and CRA management, and providing support for site management activities.
  • Developing initial drafts of clinical project plans, manuals, presentations, and other clinical project documents, and assisting in reviewing and maintaining these presentations and documents as required per CTI Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

Key Skills and Qualifications

To excel in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in an allied health field such as nursing, pharmacy, or health/natural science, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience.
  • At least 1 year of experience in a clinical research-related field.
