Job Description
We are seeking a Procurement Specialist to ensure compliance with standards such as ISO (e.g., 9001, 20000, and 27000) and manage supplier documentation and evidence for internal and external audits.
The successful candidate will be responsible for qualifying and maintaining suppliers throughout their life cycle, ensuring minimum mandatory documentation is available, certification deadlines, customer information, certifications, contracts, etc.
Additionally, the Procurement Specialist will ensure processes and tools comply with regulations for each company in the group and support requisitioning structure units in terms of contracting and managing suppliers.
This role involves interacting with internal and external entities, archiving maintenance, and facilitating communication among teams.
