Job Title: Senior Enterprise Growth Manager
We are looking for a high-standard customer-centric professional to lead our Enterprise Customer Success Specialists. Your focus will be on the post-sales lifecycle, guaranteeing customer satisfaction and maximum utilization of our platform. You will work closely with our c-level suite to develop strategies and create scalable processes to serve customer segments effectively.
Your daily goal is to satisfy and retain our largest enterprise customers, while supporting your team in delivering exceptional customer experiences. Responsibilities include:
- • Working with event managers and directors of a global clientele
• Creating processes to serve customer segments as effectively and quickly as possible
• Constantly reviewing and improving customer experience
• Providing insight to strategic project planning and delivery execution oversight
• Nurturing and developing a multicultural and fast-growing team
• Giving constant feedback to product development and support sales processes
Requirements:
5+ years of experience in customer success, project management, or enterprise software sales is preferred. Experience in leading projects from scratch, preferably with a team. Experience with upselling and cross-selling are highly valuable. Proficient English. Experience in a tech startup is a differential. Availability to work with different time zones.
