Senior Enterprise Sales Manager

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Enterprise Sales Manager to join our team and drive growth in the Portuguese market. As part of our XL team, you will report directly to the Director of XL and focus on launching and expanding Factorial's presence with high-potential, mid-to-large enterprises.
The Role- Manage a curated list of high-potential target companies, focusing on mid-to-large enterprises.
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience by executing the complete sales cycle for assigned accounts, from qualification to close.
- Develop and execute effective account plans and strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Launch and manage client accounts during their first year with Factorial, ensuring a successful implementation, addressing ongoing needs, and driving account growth by expanding the number of seats, functionalities, and overall adoption of Factorial within their organization.
- Establish strong relationships with prospective clients through in-person visits and gain deeper insights into their needs.
- Diligently track revenue performance and deliver accurate forecasts, ensuring transparency and alignment with leadership.
- Collaborate closely with the XL leadership team and cross-functional departments (SDRs, Product, Marketing, Customer Experience) to align on strategies and deliver exceptional results.
