We're looking for a seasoned 3D Character Designer to join our team at FunPlus. In this role, you'll be responsible for designing and developing a wide range of characters that showcase the game's unique art direction.
Your duties will include creating high-quality 3D models, textures, and shaders for characters, as well as collaborating with other designers to ensure cohesive results. You'll also be responsible for optimizing character models for performance and maintaining documentation for modeling pipelines.
To succeed in this position, you should have:
- A degree in Game Art, 3D Modeling, or a related field.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience as a 3D Character Designer, with a portfolio that highlights your technical expertise and artistic abilities.
- Proficiency in industry-standard software such as ZBrush, Maya, 3ds Max, and Substance Painter/Designer.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
