About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for an Accounting Manager to join our team and play a key role in the financial leadership of the Indie Campers Group. The successful candidate will be responsible for accounting, tax, and reporting for 20+ entities and ensuring the timely presentation and accuracy of consolidated accounts.

  • Establish and maintain appropriate accounting routines and controls in new and existing markets;
  • Oversee month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing activities;
  • C coordinate tax submissions with authorities and manage relationships with external consultants/accountants;
  • Implement best practices and procedures across operations in Europe, the US, and Oceania;
  • Lead accounting projects to optimize and digitalize the company;
  • Manage the accounting team to deliver results and achieve efficiency targets;
  • C Coordinate audit procedures and manage tax inspections, transfer pricing policies, and tax optimization.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Degree in Accounting, Finance, Tax, or related field;
  • Certified accountant/TOC (plus);
  • Fluency in English (mandatory);
  • Deep tax and fiscal knowledge;
  • Minimum 7 years of relevant experience;
  • Autonomous, detail-oriented, tech-driven, and excellent teamwork and problem-solving skills;
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments and adapt to changing situations.
Estimated Salary Range

The estimated salary for this position is $90,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.
