Senior Consultant - Business Agility

At Devoteam, we're passionate about empowering organizations to thrive in a rapidly changing world. As a Senior Consultant on our Business Agility team, you'll play a key role in helping clients navigate the complexities of digital transformation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage complex client engagements, leveraging expertise in PMO, Service/Project Management, and Business Consulting.
  • Ensure successful project delivery by managing timelines, budgets, and risks, and overseeing Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
  • Develop sales proposals and presentations to contribute to the unit's growth.
  • Identify and champion new ideas and approaches that enhance the unit's offerings and increase client value.
  • Guide and develop junior consultants, sharing your knowledge to support their professional growth.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in Business, Engineering, or Project Management.
  • Relevant certifications are a plus.
  • Proven track record in PMO, Service/Project Management, or Business Consulting, ideally in a tech consulting environment.
  • Strong understanding of business principles and the ability to translate them into actionable solutions.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams, both internally and with clients.
  • Strong analytical skills to address complex issues and develop creative solutions.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas clearly and effectively.
  • Genuine interest in helping organizations become more agile and responsive to change.
  • Experience in Agile Methodologies.
  • Fluent in English is mandatory.
