Overview

Main Responsibilities


We seek a highly skilled Asset Management Analyst/Senior Analyst to contribute to our dynamic team overseeing the development of hospitality and residential projects within a prestigious golf and tourist resort in Lagos, Algarve. Key responsibilities include:



  • Collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams to ensure the comprehensive achievement of project requirements and goals;
  • Work closely with architects and engineers, providing expert technical guidance and support throughout the design, construction, and post-sales phases;
  • Apply extensive knowledge of construction technologies, smart building systems, and sustainable practices to enhance project outcomes;
  • Support the organization of tenders related to project activities, ensuring efficiency and adherence to quality standards;
  • Manage licensing processes meticulously, ensuring strict compliance with regulatory requirements;
  • Assist in the preparation of insightful performance reports, focusing on key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive informed decision-making;
  • Foster robust and collaborative relationships with all project stakeholders, promoting effective communication and collaboration;
  • Actively engage in the management of all project stages, demonstrating a commitment to strict adherence to deadlines, priorities, and providing prompt responses to urgent situations.

Requirements


This role requires:



  • A Master's degree in architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field;
  • 1-5 years of experience;
  • A strong analytical mindset;
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and Excel;
  • Strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills;
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail;
  • Creative thinking, capability to develop innovative solutions;
  • Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Portuguese.
