Facilities Management Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled Facilities Management Professional to join our team at JLL. As an Assistant Facilities Manager, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional facilities management services to our clients across various locations. Your primary focus will be on ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities, from maintenance and operations to contract management and financial control.
## Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the development and implementation of strategic facilities management plans to achieve business goals and objectives.
- Manage and maintain facilities assets, including buildings, equipment, and services, to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
- Oversee maintenance and repair activities, including scheduling and budgeting, to minimize downtime and costs.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
- Monitor and analyze facilities data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement, and implement changes to achieve better outcomes.
## Requirements
- Proven experience in facilities management, ideally in a similar role or industry.
- Strong knowledge of maintenance and operations principles, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to drive business outcomes.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with a focus on finding creative solutions to complex challenges.
