Job Overview:

The Labor Relations Manager will be responsible for ensuring positive and productive relationships with unions and works council partners. The ideal candidate will have a strong focus on business and commercial mindset, with experience in negotiations with trade unions and work councils across Europe.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead industrial agreements, manage negotiations and record related data.
  • Balance challenge and engagement while adhering to the overall easyJet strategy.
  • Integrate the IR agenda and raise IR awareness among line management.
  • Stay up to date with employee legislation, ensure compliance and manage changes through policy updates and coordination with Service Operations.
  • Manage relationships with local employment law providers.

You Will Be Successful If You Have:

  • A strong background in IR, with experience in negotiations with trade unions and work councils.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to drive change and improvement.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build effective relationships.
  • A proven track record in project management and delivery-focused approach.
