**Job Description:**

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Support Representative to join our multicultural team. As a representative of Grabjobs, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer support and maintaining quality standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist clients via inbound calls, chat, or email in the after-sales process by answering inquiries regarding reservations and attending potential requests.
  • Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaints.
  • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools.

Requirements:

  • A high level of Norwegian (written and oral) and fluent in English (B2).
  • Excellent communication skills coupled with empathy and team spirit.
  • Availability for rotating schedules.
  • Prior experience in Customer Service or as a sales representative.
