We are seeking an HR Generalist to join our team at Thales Portugal. As an HR Generalist, you will be responsible for supporting and clarifying employees about HR policies and procedures, ensuring HR databases are up to date, and preparing HR-related documentation.
Key Responsibilities:- Support and clarify employees about HR policies and procedures;
- Ensure HR databases are up to date and prepare HR-related documentation;
- Develop and implement HR projects and corporate processes related to annual performance, salary review, and talent management;
- Keep activities and KPIs on-track and ready for reporting.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- At least 4 years of experience as an HR Generalist, including payroll process execution;
- A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or a closely related field;
- Knowledge of Portuguese Labor Legislation;
- Excellent communication and empathy skills;
- Excellent attention to detail, working quickly, concisely, and quality-oriented;
- Resilience and persistence, while following a collaborative and positive approach;
- Interest in a highly hands-on environment;
- Autonomy, self-organization, and a great drive to automate repetitive tasks;
- Fluency in both Portuguese and English.
