Job Title: Creative Video Producer

About the Role:

We're seeking a highly skilled Creative Video Producer to join our team in Lisbon. As a key member of our production team, you'll be responsible for developing and producing high-quality video content for internal company videos, external promotional social media, recruiting videos, corporate training, and other enterprise-wide projects.

 

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and produce multimedia content, including scriptwriting, storyboard creation, budgeting, resource allocation, and deadline setting
- Collaborate closely with internal clients and stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery
- Plan and execute video shoots, selecting suitable locations and managing logistics
- Record, edit, and finalize video and sound projects using industry-standard software
- Manage our video library and create motion graphics as needed
 

Requirements:

- Fluency in English (B1 level or higher)
- Ability to operate, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair audio and video equipment
- Knowledge of professional audio and/or video tape editing and post-production procedures, techniques, and standards
- Hands-on experience with editing software, including Adobe After Effects, Final Cut Pro X, Lightworks, Premiere, and Photoshop
- Strong creative and artistic skills, with a portfolio of completed film productions
- Ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines and translate ideas into complete projects

 

What We Offer:
