We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager Cross-Border Employment to join our team at adidas. This role will oversee the company's cross-border employment program, providing expertise and support to HR Management on matters related to international and domestic mobility.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the cross-border employment program in the market, ensuring compliance with global standards and policies.
- Provide strategic consultancy and directional guidance to the HR community on the application of cross-border employment frameworks and domestic mobility.
- Oversee the consistent application of international mobility standards and policies, ensuring compliance and adherence.
- Strategically oversee case management of senior moves (S3+), collaborating closely with HR SLT members, Rewards market Lead, executive search, and executive compensation.
- Act as the central point of contact and coordination for questions on global and market processes.
- Advise on compliance matters related to cross-border tax, social security, and immigration.
- Lead projects and workstreams to advance the cross-border employment program and ensure global consistency.
- Implement and communicate regulations and new policy components to various stakeholders and monitor adherence.
- Manage vendor relationships in the market, ensuring smooth delivery of tax services, immigration, security/risk, and end-to-end relocation for international employees.
- Oversee appropriate tax handling and reporting of international employee pay and benefits in partnership with Payroll Services and tax services provider.
- Review annual mobility exercises and mobility benefit delivery: Housing Table, Currency Protection, Salary/Bonus round.
- Participate in benchmarking exercises and network with other mobility management experts to ensure policy competitiveness, best-practice solutions, and stay informed about market norms and common practices.

- Experience of working in an international company within matrix structures
