Customer Support Specialist - French Language
We are seeking a highly skilled French-speaking Customer Support Specialist to join our team in Porto. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, handling inquiries, and resolving issues related to subscriptions and billing.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries with empathy and efficiency, providing clear and helpful advice.
- Resolve customer issues related to subscriptions, billing, and technical matters, offering personalized solutions.
- Work closely with colleagues to create a positive and collaborative work environment, embodying the company's culture.
Requirements
- Native-level or C2 proficiency in French is mandatory.
- Excellent communication skills and a strong willingness to learn.
- Valid EU ID or residence card is required.
