Customer Support Role Overview
As a German-speaking customer support specialist at Cross Border Talents, you will be part of a global team dedicated to delivering exceptional customer experiences. Your primary responsibility will be to provide top-notch support to clients of a renowned financial institution, ensuring their online banking needs are met and they have a clear understanding of products and marketing campaigns.
Main Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via calls, chat, and email
- Offer detailed product information and insights on marketing campaigns
- Assist with card services and schedule appointments as needed
- Support marketing initiatives and address customer inquiries
