Customer Support Specialist for German-Speaking Candidates

We are seeking a highly skilled and multilingual Customer Support Specialist to join our team at Cross Border Talents. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients in Germany.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone in a timely and professional manner.
- Deliver accurate and effective solutions to resolve customer issues, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Escalate complex cases to the appropriate teams when necessary, maintaining open communication with customers throughout the process.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in our CRM system, ensuring seamless integration with our sales and marketing efforts.
- Promote a positive and professional attitude, fostering an excellent customer experience across all channels.
Working Schedule:
We require candidates to work a rotating schedule, Monday to Sunday, within the following hours:
- Monday to Friday: 08:00 - 18:00
- Saturday and Sunday: 08:00 - 17:00
- Ocassional availability from 08:00 - 19:00 may be required.
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Fluency in German (native or near-native level)
- Proficiency in English (minimum B2 level)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A problem-solving mindset with a focus on customer satisfaction
- Ability to work autonomously and adapt to rotating schedules
- Residency in Porto or nearby areas
