French Customer Support Specialist

Key Responsibilities
We are seeking a highly skilled and multilingual customer support specialist to join our team at Cross Border Talents.
- Respond to customer inquiries via multiple communication channels, ensuring high-quality service and efficient issue resolution.
- Provide product-related information and assist with account management, leveraging your excellent problem-solving abilities and passion for helping customers.
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor in all customer interactions, utilizing strong communication skills to build trust and rapport.
- Document customer interactions accurately in our CRM system, ensuring seamless collaboration with team members.
- Identify trends in customer feedback and suggest improvements to enhance customer satisfaction and service.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will possess:
- Native or fluent French language skills, with strong communication abilities.
- Proficient in English is a plus, but not required.
- Previous experience in customer support is preferred but not necessary.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a genuine passion for helping customers.
- Ability to work well both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
