Sales Operations Role

As a Sales Operations Analyst at Iterable, you will play a pivotal role in analyzing and optimizing our revenue processes, including those related to New Business revenue, SDR and partnerships operations, and ensuring data-driven decision-making. This requires strong proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools such as Power BI, Sigma, or Tableau.

  • Salesforce Administration & Optimization: Manage and maintain Salesforce CRM, including user management, workflow automation, reporting, dashboards, and data integrity.
  • Process Optimization: Identify bottlenecks in sales and revenue processes, recommend improvements, and implement automation to increase efficiency.
  • Reporting & Analytics: Build reports and dashboards to track key revenue and sales performance metrics, providing actionable insights to stakeholders.
  • Data Management: Ensure CRM data accuracy and hygiene, including deduplication, enrichment, and compliance with internal data policies.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Customer Success teams to align processes and ensure a seamless revenue flow.
  • Forecasting & Pipeline Management: Support sales leadership with pipeline analysis, forecasting, and territory planning to drive revenue predictability.
