Role OverviewThis role is designed for individuals with a passion for human resources and a willingness to learn. As a HR Generalist trainee, you will support the HR department in various administrative tasks, such as updating employee records and screening resumes. You will also have the opportunity to get hands-on experience in payroll, recruiting, and employee development & engagement.
Main Responsibilities- Employee Record Management: Maintain and update internal databases with new employee information, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
- Talent Acquisition: Post job advertisements on job boards and social media platforms to attract top talent.
- Scheduling Interviews: Organize interviews with shortlisted candidates and coordinate interview schedules.
- L&D Coordination: Assist in coordinating all activities to guarantee the accomplishment of the mandatory training plan.
- A degree or Master's Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or Sociology.
- Proficiency in English.
- Excellent attention to detail and willingness to learn.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
