Job Title: Public Relations Manager

At Zendesk, we're on a mission to power exceptional service for every person on the planet. We're seeking a passionate PR Manager dedicated to the French market to join our Global Communications Team.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to develop and implement PR strategies that align with our global communications strategy, focusing on the French market. You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with key French media outlets, journalists, and influencers to secure media coverage in top-tier publications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement PR strategies that align with our global communications strategy
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key French media outlets, journalists, and influencers
  • Write, edit, and distribute press releases, articles, and other PR content that communicate our brand messages effectively
  • Organize and manage press interviews, media briefings, and other events to generate positive publicity
  • Collaborate with the social media team to amplify PR campaigns
  • Track media coverage, analyze PR campaign effectiveness, and provide regular reports to management
Requirements
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in external communications, corporate communications, or a related field
  • Native French speaker or business fluent; fluent in English
  • Previous experience working in the tech, CX, or SaaS industry
  • Proven track record of successful PR campaigns and media placements in France
  • Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives and messages
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain media relationships
