About the Role

As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service via phone, email, or chat. Your primary goal will be to resolve customer issues efficiently and provide accurate solutions to their problems.

  • Resolve customer complaints and concerns through active listening and problem-solving skills

Requirements
