About the Role

At Nestlé Sa, we are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Customer Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Consumer Engagement Services department, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and support to our valued clients.

Responsibilities:
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and social media platforms in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Identify customer needs and provide personalized solutions to resolve their queries.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather information and provide feedback on customer requests.
  • Analyze customer feedback and data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
About You

To be successful in this role, you should possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to adapt to different tone and voice requirements across various brands and channels. Fluency in Spanish and English is essential, with experience as a Customer Support Specialist or similar CS role being a significant advantage.
