Job Description
As an IAM Business Administrator, you will be responsible for ensuring that data is well-structured, consistent, up-to-date, and properly documented. You will also manage and maintain the permission catalog, making it easily accessible for end users (self-service). Additionally, you will track and review SailPoint tasks to ensure smooth system operations, work closely with IAM operators and application owners to optimize access management, assist in investigating and resolving incidents and system errors, contribute to the definition, implementation, and rollout of business roles, and train employees on tool usage through live sessions and recorded materials.
Required Skills and Qualifications
We are looking for a candidate with a Master's degree in Business, IT, or a related field. At least 3 years of experience in relevant projects as a business administrator, including permission configuration, role definition, data correlation, task monitoring, and ownership management are required. Experience with Agile methodologies is a plus. Strong expertise in Identity Management, HR processes, governance, and privileged access administration is necessary. A proactive mindset, teamwork skills, flexibility, and a strong customer-oriented approach are essential. Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively is also required. Verbal communication skills in French (C1 mandatory) and verbal communication skills in English (B2+ mandatory) are necessary. Residency in Portugal – Citizenship or Work Visa/Residence Card is required.
