We are looking for a highly skilled Customer Experience Manager to join our team at Amorim Luxury Group.

Job Description

This role will be responsible for:

  • Representing the company as a Group Ambassador, ensuring all customers receive excellent service;
  • Attracting customers to various areas of the group, promoting cross-selling opportunities;
  • Greeting and receiving customers with a warm welcome;
  • Providing information about our services and local attractions;

The ideal candidate must have:

  • Previous experience in customer-facing roles within a hotel or luxury setting;
  • Excellent communication and empathy skills to provide exceptional customer experiences;
  • In-depth knowledge about local points of interest;
  • Foreign language proficiency, with English being a mandatory requirement;
Key Responsibilities

Main Responsibilities: Represent the company as a Group Ambassador, attract customers to various areas of the group, greet and receive customers, provide information about services and local attractions.
