We are looking for a Customer Experience Manager to join our Messaging team. As a key member of the team, you will own a broad product portfolio and associated roadmap, delivering delightful and creative Campaigns & Content experiences to our customers.

As a Senior Product Manager on the Messaging team, you will be responsible for contributing to the vision and design of the Campaigns & Content creation experience, working with Customer Success, Engineering, Marketing, Sales, and other PMs to ship products, understanding customer personas and building use cases to establish product requirements and roll out new features and enhancements.

You will also provide ongoing documentation of customer demands and product functionality, research industry trends to identify new product features and opportunities, and excel at solving complex technical problems and partnering with engineering to translate customer needs into shippable products.

This is an essential role with the need for a Sr. PM to be well-versed in the marketing automation landscape, and a strong collaborator who can partner across teams to deliver market-leading messaging products. The Product Team works closely with our Design and Engineering Teams and lives by user empathy daily.
