Blu Selection is a global brand, leading the customer experience solution market with its innovative services. We are looking for an International Customer Service Expert to join our team in Lisbon. As an expert in the travel industry, you will be responsible for delivering world-class service to our clients' customers.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Providing exceptional customer support via email and chat
- Identifying and resolving customer issues
- Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
- Recording data in our CRM system
- Offering ad-hoc support to our clients
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A native level of German and excellent English language skills
- Previous experience in GDS tools (ideally)
- A passion for the travel industry and enthusiasm for working with international clients
- The ability to communicate effectively with people from diverse backgrounds
- A proactive approach to work and a willingness to learn
