Your Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints via phone, email, and social media.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting services to resolve customer issues.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives.
Requirements:
- You must be a native French speaker with a good level of English (B2 minimum).
- You should have a solid understanding of customer service principles and practices.
- You are proficient in using technology and software applications.
- You are available to work rotating shifts from Monday to Sunday between 8 AM and 9 PM.
