Job Overview: At Blu Selection, we are committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences. As an International Customer Support Expert, you will play a crucial role in achieving this goal by providing top-notch support to customers via various communication channels.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints via phone, email, and social media.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting services to resolve customer issues.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives.

Requirements:

  • You must be a native French speaker with a good level of English (B2 minimum).
  • You should have a solid understanding of customer service principles and practices.
  • You are proficient in using technology and software applications.
  • You are available to work rotating shifts from Monday to Sunday between 8 AM and 9 PM.
