We are seeking a Second-Hand Fashion Customer Care Agent to join our team at Teleperformance Greece. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in assisting consumers with their online purchases and promoting sustainable living.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Support: Provide excellent customer support to consumers via ticketing and chat platforms.
  • Issue Resolution: Effectively resolve common issues and answer questions related to online purchases.
  • Collaboration: Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless customer experience.
Requirements
  • Croatian Language Skills: Excellent reading and writing skills in Croatian.
  • English Language Skills: Good reading and writing skills in English (B2+ level).
  • Communication Skills: Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Empathy and Service-Mindedness: Ability to provide empathetic and service-minded support to customers.
