The Customer Service & Support (CSS) team plays a critical role in building trust and confidence for every person and organization through exceptional support. As a Senior Technical Support Engineer, you will be part of a dynamic team that utilizes Microsoft's AI technology to resolve complex customer technical issues efficiently and securely.

This role offers an excellent opportunity to accelerate your career growth, hone your problem-solving and collaboration skills, and deepen your technical proficiency. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and solve complex customer issues, leveraging troubleshooting tools and practices.

Responsibilities:

  • Investigate and resolve complex customer technical issues
  • Act as an advisor to the customer, collaborating within and across teams
  • Leverage troubleshooting tools and practices to resolve issues efficiently

Qualifications:

  • Multiple years of technical support, technical consulting experience, or information technology experience
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology (IT), or related field
  • Knowledge of container technology and fluency in Kubernetes
